I locked my keys in my car on a friday night. I had a date waiting, too. This couldn’t have happened on a worse night. Fortunately a girl named Noelle (sp) @ your Georgia office. She was so quick and efficient that I made it to the date on time. Usually I do not send emails of praise. Normally I hate the customer service i recieve. Noelle treated me so well that I feel obligated to write and tell you. She was polite when I was rude, and efficient as possible. In short I had a great night that was due mostly to Noelle.
Perfect customer service.

This message is to thank you and commend Ed for the wonderful service my family received today!
Not only was Ed prompt, he also went completely out of his way to make sure that everything was well taken care of. Even when we hit a snag (100% our fault), he went out of his way to rectify the situation for us. Nowadays it is next to impossible to find this level of customer service from your call center to your technician at such an affordable price.

Hi,
I feel terrible that I didn’t get his name, but one of the locksmiths for Orlando was such a blessing.
I had accidentally locked my keys in the car today, and had no spare at home to use.
I googled local locksmiths, and your ad came up.
The guy got here within 30 minutes, and quoted us on the spot.
Although my boyfriend was quite upset that I had locked the keys in the car, and now I was having to pay over $100 total for the service, the man was very polite
(In fact, my boyfriend had yelled at him and told him to get the hell out! – I felt TERRIBLE!)
I came back to talk to the guy, and apologized for his temper… and he gave me a discount
(No charge for the service call!) so it came to $103.
We got to talking, and actually had a great conversation while he worked on the car.
I am just so thankful that this didn’t go terrible like it would’ve if my boyfriend would’ve handled the situation.
The guy was mid 20’s, from Greece, and very polite (that oughta give you a clue of who he is).
I just want to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!
